its on the top of my head but cant figure it out. its a old skool joint. they play it in the movie "Menace 2 Society" in the beggining when Kane was a kid running around his parents party. Right before he goes outside and kicks it Parnell and gives him a taste of liquor.

no becuz its not part of the soundtrack its just a song they were playing during the party in the beggining of the movie during kane's child hood. the marvin gaye song was the song playing for the trailer.
