Nebraska Law - You can abandon your kids legally

I just read this article in the Contra Costa Times that had me crackin up. Nebraska just passed this law were you can legally dump your kids off regardless of the age if you don't want to raise them anymore.

Its been in action for a month and they've had about 20 kids abandond. Some people are driving from other states (hella far away) to drop off and abandon they're 13-14-15-16 year old kids.

That's some fucked up shit right there, how you gonna drive your 13 year old 8-10 hours to Nebraska and dump them off and bounce?
