well honestly...if you live on streamview (which is in south east) lemon grove is literally 3 blocks away.

another interesting thing is the fact that east san diego is considered the 50's-40's-30's but a few streets south of that (closer to the orange line trolley/the cemetaries) on those same blocks is considered south east.
