i figured it would get changes. he wanted hip hop is dead to be called nigger and they wouldnt let em then they said fuck it and let him now they wont again. it's not in nas' control really so whatever. i mean he still might be reading the book on the cover that just says nigger lol. therefor still being the nigger album but u dont have to look it up like that when u look for it in stores. who knows who cares i heard like 3 tracks off it and all dope.

next nas gimmick album will prolly be called "i hate america" or some shit...controversy sells tho i guess
yeah true he does do it for hype but he actually backs it up with good lyrics. he's usually on point with his shit regardless.

Another, probably mediocre, CD by an over-rated artist. Whoo.
I never really got the hype with Nas.
ever listen to illmatic? that has to be one of the best albums i've ever heard, and the only rap album i can listen to from start to finish and then repeat it all over again till this day. but yeah i love lyrics and he's one of the top lyrical mc's i've ever heard.

illmatic has to be the most overrated albums ever...but i do have to admit, illmatic is the ONLY album i have ever burned and was so bored i threw the cd into the woods before getting to the 3rd track...

u guys underestimate nas!! i think its that alot of u guys dont have the new york experience to understand him, but being from brooklyn, i can understand almost everything nas is intending
