No, because you don't have any documentation that it is in fact your design. You can atleast go up to the place and try to reconcile and maybe be compensated for the amount of shirts that are sold. Other than that you have no proof so you're basically shit out of luck if thats the case. Maybe you should do it all over and make your on shirts perhaps?
