You should talk to a lawyer.. it depends... like if you made it in a school i heard that anything you make in school is automatically copywrited... and also if you edited the mac dre pic in any shape or form than you can sue for it.. I remember this came out somewhere else and someone said that if the other person did a change to it he couldnt do anything..

then someone said how can he sue for a pic that not his and the guy said if he made any modifications to it then its his stuff.. and he said a psd is proof..but this is where im at, talk to a local lawyer.. also there isnt any proof that he didn't take the pic..

for example there have been numerous rappers that have sued djs or stores bootleggin over a mixtape that was over other peoples beats..

im not saying you would win but its worth a try, but that is if you have contact info on the guy which you can always get from his dns..

thanks, this is no biggie though, so im not gonna do all that for this.. and i did edit the picture, he has no wrinkles on his face now, lol.

yeah and if somethin comes up like this again but bigger, ill think about doing all that.. and this was the first time somethin like this happened and wondered what i can do or what to do when something like this happens...
and im talking about the sigg i posted in a previous post, its kinda tan and it says rest in peace and all that.... homie told me he seen two of my designs on shirts and that was one of them..

You learn from your mistakes, I know I did. I fucked with this shady ass cat through the internet named "Evil Pimp". This was when I was first startin out in this shit, I made him 2 covers and my only request is that I'd be credited and he'd hook me up with a bunch of cd's. Not only did he not send me anything, come to find out that faggot released those two albums with MY cover with SOMEBODY ELSE in the credits for the graphic design. I ended up gettin contacted like 2 or 3 years later by his "new manager" AKA him in disguise and sent me all the albums on their record label, but I know the only reason was because I was lettin everyone know how shady the guy was.
