OK... I think there's a few people here confused on what constitutues a solid rhyme pattern and use of multis, so I'll throw in my two cents...
I think the main thing with multis that you wanna look for is complexity while maintaining a sense of purpose...
Example #1: This is something Tech and many other rappers fall into every so often with their rhymes. Using simplistic words too often in creating multis is usually the sign of a beginning writer, but is also often a sign of laziness in those who have credible writing talent but fall into that trap.
The example of Tech where he spits the rhyme "lyrical scripts / miracle whipped"... because lyrical / miracle is one of the oldest, most often used rhymes in hip-hop, I wouldn't for one second consider that a quality example to give to somebody who isn't familiar with Tech's work in trying to make a case for his multis being some of the best... however, the example "ghost stories / vote for me," being only 3 syllables compared to 4 for "lyrical scripts / miracle whipped," is actually a better example because Tech switched it up and didn't rely on simplistic rhymes.
Example #2: Relying on a suffix too often in a multisyllablic rhyme pattern detracts from the complexity and creates a monotonous rhyme. This is something Tech doesn't do too often, but alot of rappers do. For example, a rhyme like "blastin technicians / trackin my missions"... stuff like that, shit that relies upon a suffix to hold together the multisyllable scheme, is shit that I toss to the side with a grain of salt because it's way too simplistic...
I also found this interesting:
I have to toss most of this to the side when it comes to multis because it's two-syllable rhyming with simplistic words... however, "chick give me cerebellum / tripped than you better tell him" is solid... careful when pointing out rhymes where alot of the same words are used to complete a multi, that's also a sign of laziness... When I see consistent use of at least three-syllable multis throughout a rhyme that's not too simplistic, I consider it a solid rhyme scheme... but when you can combine 6, 7, even 8 syllables and have it sound legitimate and not nonsensical, you've got something special... anybody can do it, it just takes some practice... example, here's an excerpt from a weed song I did 8 years ago:
Packin-a-bowl-of-that-nuggety-shit while I'm laughin-and-rollin-another-to-hit// in my class-twelve-years-old-I-was-already-ripped// lookin mashed-I-was-totally-under-the-in-fluence...
combining 10-syllable multis in a pattern while not sacrificing content... yeah it's not the deepest rhyme in the world, but it doesn't have to be, it's about weed... the pattern and complexity of the rhyme scheme makes up for the subject matter being one of the most common things in hip-hop...
So yeah, Tech is someone who I consider, on an overall level, to have a better grasp on constructing a dope rhyme scheme than most other rappers... I just think if you're going to point out some of his best, do him justice and don't point out shit that's just average.
