Its long over due for the Bay to get its just deserved limelight.Now all the majors and the whole music world want to get wit the HYPHY MOVEMENT.Its the new craze and the talk of the industy.From the overwhelming sounds of Platinum Producer RickRock beats.To the culture projected by Heavy Hitters like the FEDERATION and E-40.The Yay is on the biggest Bubble EVER.MTV has`nt been to the Bay sense the 1st FEDERATION release and now they`er back for the same thing HYHPY! Now Southern Cal is supporting it now too!And they said it wouldnt last,ha!The westcoast is back on shine in lights and camera`s by way of the YAY AREA.YEEEE,WHAAAAAT!Thanks MTV!Now let`s EAT WESTCOAST!Keep`em at us!

this might be the turning point in mtvs pathetic new millenium bs takeover
if they start helping and supporting california, things will be legit again

we been off the spotlight for a good amount of years now. been on the hustle since, now it's time to get the light back

People keep sayin' stuff like this and I pray that it's true, but what's your source? And yes, I understand that MTV is out here to film, but there has to be more that's making you say that.

I'd love for it to be true because I love the Bay and came up on Bay Area music, but I don't have much contact with the major labels like I used to so I don't know exactly what their level of interest is. So I'm curious as to how you and others are coming to this conclusion?

MTV is doing a my block on the bay and 40 will be on Direct Effect tonite at 7. It's official.

Yup, they were at Rasputins on teusday talking to Balance all I heard Balance say was "Yo this is Balance and this is my block"

THey were at that concert lat night with keak and Mistah FAB along with a few others....

And today they are going to be at Berkely Rasputins with San Quinn from 3-5 doing an instore...this came straight from Quinns mouth on myspace (he recorded it) saying for everyone to come out today and show the world how the Bay gets down YEEEE!!
