Suga Free. His style is different, but who wants everything the same anyway? Funny ass raps. Mausberg was ill too. In fact I think that anybody from the DJ Quik camp could be considered underrated. With beats like quik's, it fucked up that they cant blow up like they should.

That's what I was gonna say.
People are postin rappers who are known to be good lyricists.
But Tech isn't known too well for his lyrical skills because his style is so tight that you don't realize how good his lyrics are....
Very under rated lyricist....
