The truth is she doesn't need the support of this forum or any other forum for that matter....People should hope she does well cause it might just get a few artist from the area a little shine....When 40 did the "Tell my when to go" thing, people on this forum had just as much negativity about that as they do with this.....But at the end of the day it got a couple of cats from the area a deal....FAB justifying anybody's words are about as irrelevant as he is.....Hopefully she doesn't squander the light like the one's before her, but considering the people she has around her in decision making positions, I highly doubt her buzz goes beyond the summer.....

It's sad that people are actually looking at this like Kreyshawn and V-Nasty and other strange comedy gimmick rappers mean anything to their region off the power of their popularity. I really wish there was a popular rapper these days in the mold of Paris, The Coup, Dead Prez or some political fuck White people shit. Rappers these days are too friendly and basically seem like a bunch of uncle tom's who value money and "street" shit but drop no knowledge and stand for nothing. I guess it's smart for Fab though, because he's playing to his fan base and simply trying to remain popular, but what ever happened to standing for something as a rapper?

You don't need to stand for "fuck white people" because that'd make you a gimmicky rapper, as we've seen in rap music before. It was cool for Ice Cube to spit like that in the era he tried to get popular in, but these days it's a much friendlier Ice Cube. And the same goes for today's youth and rappers, with no practical education, replying to their White friends with "chillin dawg" when they say "whassup nigga?" I believe we all want peace and understanding, but far too many rappers and youth alike are putting on the mask and playing house nigga, as if history has no effect on today or everything is all perfect socially in 2011. That's what I think a lot of rappers are missing these days, they'd rather play to their audience rather than rap about real issues that might not sell CDs to these retards.
