Misdemeanor...?

When you applied, When it asked " comitted a crime?" did you put yes or no? when you had the misdemeanors?
cuz when im applying im putting yes, i dont know whether to put yes or no cuz i dont know if it shows up on the background check,,,

Doesn't it just asked if you've been convicted of a felony? Even if you do check "yes" it doesn't automatically disqualify you from any type of employment.

Just be honest about it.

It shows up on the background check, so it definitely looks worse trying to hide it.

Technically a DUI is considered a criminal offense, but from what I've read and what my lawyer has told me, its looked at as more of a traffic violation by employers.


I think its just hard to find any kind of job at the moment...I don't think its because of the dewey so much.
