Because you dumb ass, the album is nothing like that at all! It has about 3 hyphy songs on there at most, no silly shit. He has a song about his mom, he has one about fathers who aren't there, one about the town, a few concept songs (Like If if was a fifth and If you can call heaven), one with Mac Dre, it's a well rounded album. If you ain't gonna buy it then fuck off, coz it's an ill ass album. Don't just complain about the nigga and you ain't heard his album. You are a radio listener.

I don't know how to host songs, and frankly, I don't want want to. If you can, download the following:
1) If "If Was a Fifth"
2) U R My Angel
3) The Mama Song
4) If Papa Was Home
5) Where's My Daddy?
6) Hoodlife
7) Call Heaven
Those are all very good songs that exemplify his versatility and excellent lyricism.

As the headliner for "thizz ENT"; Fab is doing a great job providing energy where Mac Dre is no longer with us to do.

That does not make him any less of a lyricist.

Personaly, shaboobalaboopie sounds like it is a parody on what mac dre did with the word thizz. I remember a time when the word thizz was said by only a handfull of users/pushers..

Great Thread.

i actually never listen to the radio and i wasnt complaining about "the nigga". all i was saying was that i wanted to hear a track of his that proves hes deeper and more talented than what ive heard from him. i said earlier if i liked what i heard i would buy his cd. thanks to thizz i heard the mama song. im sure his moms great but i wasnt really feeling the track and probably wont buy the cd. but hey i gave it a try, now ive heard his hyphy and non hyphy shit, just didnt hear anything impressive. sorry....but when hes popular on mtv, ill pretend to like him

I think that the preponderance of the users on Siccness have a misconception of Mistah F.A.B.'s lyrical aptitude. His regular use of somewhat asinine catchphrases, such as "shaboobalaboopie," definitely contribute to the tainting of his repute, and moreover, is probably the reason why 95% of Fabby Davis haters dislike him. However, for all of you that disparage F.A.B.'s musical ability, I want to recommend that you take the time and listen/buy "Son of a Pimp." Not only does this CD have classic slumpers, such as N.E.W. Oakland and Kicked Out The Club, but it has some of the hardest and deepest tracks that I have heard come out of the Bay since 2Pac passed (i.e. The Mama Song, If Papa Was Home, U R My Angel, etc.). Once you listen to his CD and move past your preconceived notion that F.A.B. is a garbage rapper who tries to popularize himself solely by using made-up words, you will realize his true skill. F.A.B. is the realist spitter in the Bay. More than Quinn. More than Clyde. More than anyone.
BAY TERMS MAYN!!!

Fab will probably drop a summer hit with YBR, nobody will giv a damn about lyrical content IF that shit slap then.he's done his job. "new oakland" is one of my favorite traks to come out in the 05 and lyrics has nothin to do wit it.

Your right...That track was all about E-A-SKI's production. That beat was one of the best of the year.
