Carlos's show is terrible, but i get a lil' laughs here and there but i wouldn't call it better or near as funny as Insomniac......IMO! Dave's show was on another level and no comedian in the NEAR future will top his show, but a replacement will be hard to find. Carlos Mencia's stand up comedy from back in the day was funny as fuck, but right now he's lost touch, imo. When he started using the word "beaner" as an everyday vocabulary word for his show, he lost my attention. Now i got my lil brothers sayin "beaner this, beaner that", but i set them straight and had a lil pep talk, lol.

Family Guy over Mind of Mencia anytime of the day.........

havent read this thread, i will another time.

my theory on why this show is thought of as "funny" and is accepted and why it was created. comedy central knew chappelle's show was leaving, and they thought the key to success of his show was racial jokes. so they got another "minority" comedian, had them put JUST racial jokes in there, and thought 19 year old white college kids with ADD would love it. his jokes are not funny at all, and his jokes consist of yelling "GET A JOB" to people drinking coffee on the streets. its a terrible copy of the man show, an already pretty unfunny show.

Wrong...hes half Honduras and half Mexican....

Ned Arnel Mencia (born October 22, 1967), better known by the stage name Carlos Mencia, is a comedian, writer, and actor. He is currently the host of Mind of Mencia, where his excessive use of his favorite catchphrase and word, "DEE-Dee-dee!" and "beaner," respectively, is infamous. He was born seventeenth of eighteen children in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. His father, Roberto Holness, is from Honduras and his mother, Magdelena Mencia, is from Mexico and are both Catholic. He was raised in East Los Angeles, California by his aunt Consuela and uncle Pablo Mencia, going by the name Ned Holness in honor of his father. By his own admission, staying out of trouble was difficult growing up, but with the help of his family he excelled in school and stayed out of gangs. He majored in electrical engineering at CSULA but left early to pursue a career in comedy after a successful performance at open mic night at The Laugh Factory.
