i kind of agree with what you're saying but at the same time, all the colors do is represent a turf. It makes it more visible and in that sense, you're right when talking about seeing someone in a different color at a random location and there probably being funk. But at the same time, that shit happens all the time in the bay. People from every area got shit to affiliate themselves with their city or hood, and I've seen plenty of times, shit jump off with something as little as a nigga with his hood tatted on him.
