Its no joke, there was one week where all the black quarterbacks got benched when the rest of the (white) quarterbacks didn't and most of them did worse.
Black quarterbacks half to play 100% or their getting benched with the exception of Garrard's bitch ass..A good game to that bum is breaking even with TD/INT's and getting over 150 yards a game on 30 attempts..That guys the laughing stock of black quarterbacks and still gets played the most

Young and Vick also get critized for their accuracy through out their career, even though they've made some of the best throws that is nothing less of impressive. You ever notice when a white quarterback sucks it goes like this
"He is just starting to develop and I see alot of potential in this kid, hes got a great arm and can deliver it everytime" (or that it was thier WR's fault ofc)
Black quarterback:
"Yeah he can't throw for shit, if (this team) wants to develop a passing game they need to get rid of him and go a new direction"
Mcnabb can throw just as good as anyone else when hes on top of his game, everyone has a bad season and game...People just aren't giving colored quarterbacks a chance..

Young is not that great... He's decent, but nowhere near being a great qb... That's why he doesn't get the props you think he deserves
