I noticed your sig about the Rockies... looks like they have a pretty good little team so far this year... beat the Reds 3-0 @ Coors last night. I was impressed. The sheer fact that they are in first place right now also impresses me.

While they do have a good young team who is going good w/o Helton so far, they DO play in the NL West.

Even the Kansas City Royals think that division is weak.

Like most people, I've been a little frustrated with the "EverReady" shit goin' on, or should I say NOT............ but damn, goin' to another concert reminded me of why I like Tech so much...........he is worth the wait..........

Yeah, the Rockies do have to keep it up all year, no doubt. But like you said, unless someone in their division emerges as a powerhouse this year, then I'd say it's anyone's division to win. So what if it's early? It's fun to at least have a team that can make you dream a little bit.

What we need is a division with KC, Florida, Washington, Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay all together. Damn... and the Royals would still probably hit rock bottom in the cellar. I'll be a Royals fan forever, but they sure are depressing right now. Every once in a while, I grab hold of something exciting to cheer for... as in an individual performance. ie., Affeldt, Hernandez, Burgos... I just don't understand how we are worse than last year... on paper, anyway. :dead: Fuck David Glass and his inept son, Dan.

Dude, every year they make the statement "we have x amount to spend on free agents, we're spending more see?" then they go out and sign aging castoffs who didn't really produce much for the last team they were on.

Instead of re-signing the young tallent to a couple of more years at a low rate...they go spend buku amounts of cash for guys who are retireing in 2-3 years. Trust me, there is no reason for guys like Reggie Sanders to sign with KC. He didn't do it to win....he wanted that last lump sum of money that he wasn't going to get anywhere else.

I've never seen an orginization OVERSPEND on old players who don't produce more than the Royals....or maybe the Yankees, but they can afford to make those mistakes.

a few things about last night,
I want to fight these people, anyone know who they are?
1) this dude with no shirt. He was rubbin up against me and sweating all over me.
2) this dude that came with his mom. I figured he was pretty lonely, so we we trying to be nice and give him caribou lous and shit, and he was all, leave me the fuck alone.
3) whoever stole my 30$. It might of just fallen out of my pocket but if it was stolen i want to kick their ass.
If you are one of theese people i want to fight you.

i really didnt like the openers. it was a great tech set though, the beast is great live. It was a little less fun w/o the spiky hair and church outfits. I talked to this guy sean, after the show, hes a manager of something, hq, you know this guy? anyways he said they have to put my world on "everready 2" which id assume to be isms, because neither of them have done thier verse. but as tech said, couple months. also he was listening to it in his car, i wish i wouldnt of been so drunk so i could remember it

edit: it was actually a van, not a car

That is so very true... I can see plugging the holes, but some of the guys they sign just don't make any sense at all. Just last year, they decided not to go after any high-priced talent because they were going to let the "kids" learn at the Major League level. This year, they say they have to "fill in the holes" from last year's team so the young guys down in AA have time to fully develop. Just an example of an organization with little to NO direction.
