Clottey is huge.... Boy they are going to regret not taking the Mayweather fight if Clottey beats Pacman. Could have made much more money fighting Mayweather. Do I smell a fix???? Are the judges going to get paid to score the fight in Manny's favor off top? Clottey has been on the wrong side of a few close fights and if this fight is close there's no way he'll get the win(just like in the past).
Besides the Baldomir fight which Clottey was clearly winning before the DQ Clottey's earned every loss on his record. It's Clottey's fault he lost those fights not the judges. All Clottey has to do in most fights is be a LITTLE more active and not let rounds slip away.

I wish Roach, Arum, and PacMan would quit talking so much about Mayweather and how pac would knock him out. It's getting old for real. They had an opportunity but Pac didn't want to get poked in his finger two weeks before the fight.

If Shane can't beat Mayweather then Pacman wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell.

Yeah I hear you, I thought his fight with Margarito was pretty close too. I thought Clottey beat Cotto though.

He also says he came up with the perfect fight plan for mayweather.
This is gettin' old man.... we've already been down the wolf ticket road. I wish they would stop talking to much about Money May. They're 3 days from facing Clottey and they're still talking about how they'll knock Mayweather out.

i think bout 2% of predictions are correct
I know you're not talking about me, when you told me let's box and then you removed me from your friends list before we could box again.

Here's a prediction: I'll knock you out tonight if we box and if I don't knock you out, I'll won't post on here for the rest of the year.

Bet? I'm much better at the game now that I have gotten used to the controls.

tony did actually improve on fight night round 4. I went in cocky the first fight and picked pacquiao (who sucks ass in the game!) and lost. I proceeded to win the next 3 but still, not as easily as back in the day when I'd ko him in the first round or two, they were quite competitive knock out victories.

Pacquiao-Clottey: Attendance Numbers Are a Strong Sign

By Rick Reeno

Top Rank has confirmed to BoxingScene.com that only a few hundred tickets are remaining for Saturday's pay-per-view clash between WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao and challenger Joshua Clottey. The event, taking place in Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, was scaled to seat 45,000 fans.

The attendance number is a strong indication of just how popular Pacquiao has become. Clottey is not exactly a household name in the state of Texas. Hell, Clottey is not exactly a household name in New York. This card is being sold on the strength of Pacquiao's name.

Even with all of the controversy, Clottey being a big underdog, criticism about the undercard, and the lack of a 24/7 from HBO - 45,000 tickets are going to be sold. Pacquiao may live in the Philippines, but he is certainly one of the biggest draws in the United States.

i got a feeling the ppv numbers are gonna be bad for pac/clottey. seems like the majority non-filipino/asian fans arent willing to spend money on this fight. were the numbers for pac/cotto good? if not, i cant see this doing any better.
