man i just got a notice from the court today , i got fucking over $800 in fines. Cause check this shit out i got a car pool violation ticket which is like 200hun somethin and i forgot all bout it and they forgot to send me a thing in the mail tellin me and so now they bumped that shit up to over $800 and if i dont pay it they will take my license........thats some fucking bullshit i made a honest mistake and forgot to pay my ticket and then this shit happens, man $800 fucking dollars i could go get a car for that much money . The courts need to do a better job at sending out the bill for tickets cause i never got one so i completly forgot, im a busy man i work long hours i aint got time to remember shit like that thats why the courts send out the bills for people like me, but they forgot to send me one and now im fucked like chuck............some fucking bullshit, $800 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

^^^ shit you aint gotta tell me that.........trust me though i didnt not pay it on purpose I FORGOT , and as far as the orginal ticket it was fucking bullshit too, i was sitting in traffic going to work and was trying to get around this one car so i pulled over to the carpool lane to get ahead of him and a cop pulled me over.......i wasnt in the carpool lane for more than 10seconds literally i was just in it to pull ahead of another car then switched lanes back to the non carpool lane.
I tried to talk that same bullshit you're talking about being a busy man and what-not. Judge said, "I bet you arn't so busy you forget to pay your rent though are you?". It ain't the courts job to remind you to be responsible about your fines and they don't want to hear your excuses. They'll let you make payments but it's a toss of the coin if they'll reduce it any.
Just keep in mind man, if you want to try to fight that shit, come with a half-way respectable reason for the judge to give you a break cuz if you go in there whining like some sucka, thats how you're gonna get treated.

yeah that sucks man, i got a $750.00 fine for Driving While License Susspended on 2nd degree. i know i wasn't suppose to be driving, but i had one of the nicest rides in my city, so i just couldn't resisit driving it, but them 2 reasons i got pulled over for were for some real bull shit ass reasons. first time i got pulled over, it was like 2am with not a car in sight for miles and he said i never used my turn signal when i took a right turn and i know for sure that i used my signal and he also added that i was going around that corner at a high rate of speed when i was only going under 20mph. the 2nd time it was after noon in the city and i had my bumps turned up and i didn't see that cop at first, but it was too late when i finally saw him and i turned it down and the sound ordinence law isn't until 10pm in a residential area. the cop just knew who i was and used that as an excuse i guess, cause no one heard of pulling someone over in the afternoon in the city for bumps. but shit happens and i'm stuck with a $750.00 fine. i'm still paying on it, too. $250.00 down so far. but i think what happend in your situation isn't cool. its their fault for not sending you shit and still making you pay the full ammount, they should atleast knock off a few hundread for their mistake. complete bullshit!
real talk dogg, tell em you was in the hospital wit something serious, or you was helping ya dying grandma with physical therapy, or you was out of the country, or tell them you had to do chemotherapy cause you got luekemia or something.....just make it convincing and show that you are sorry and intend to pay but you are in a financial hardship...due to hospital bills, or you are homeless.....thinkabout your story, prepare it thoroughly and learn to talk ya way out of paying the whole thing.....be snmooth and professional, but at the same time.....be a broke starving cat lookin for pity from the court.
