He is not a rapper. He just does intros on a lot of rappers cds
like for cASH mONEY, yUK MOUTH, snoop dogg, Big Tray Dee. etc.
hes from da yay i believe. He got in some beef with E 40 i think
at the Soul gtrain awards or source i forget in vegas.

Mac Minister got stomped on by E-40 at the 2000 Source Awards in Pasadena, California. E-40 was rolling with the Death Row crew at those awards, the same people who ended up fucking the whole show up by rushing the stage when Snoop and some dogg pound affiliates were on stage. I guess Mac Minister walked up to E-40 and started saying that he was the one who made up all the slang that 40 uses and 40 just mashed on his bitch ass. 40's glasses were snapped in half during the fight. Thanks to Cal for that info. I personally hate Mac Minister because his intros and skits are fucking wack and I dont want to listen to his voice anymore.
