A few years ago I had my OG blue disc stolen, and ever since I've been trying to replace it. That means I've had mint inserts for the blue disc on my shelf for a while. Just a few days ago I won an auction for an OG blue disc release from JFL023 here...

After receiving my package very prompt as always I was going to throw the blue cd in the case that I had with og inserts. The inserts look exactly alike, but after checking out the spine of the cd I saw that "Mac Dre" was not solid black on the version I had. So now I'm curious which inserts are actually og and printed first? Take a look at the scans, hopefully you can see the difference.

The one that Jflo sent you is the og cd and looks like the og front insert as well, but the back insert is different from the og I have.

On the inserts you had sitting on your shelves for years, the front insert looks OG but the back insert is different from my OG I bought and own.

AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE BACK INSERT OF THE ONE I HAVE UP FOR AUCTION, THE UPC AND THE NUMBERS IN THE CODE ARE DIFFERENT THAN ANY OF THE SCANS YOU HAD POSTED. ALSO I THINK THE COLOR ON THE BACK INSERT I OWN IS A LITTLE BRIGHTER AS WELL.

The OG...

The OG's barcode is waaay smaller and has a totally different UPC Code. I talked about this on the Auctions that I had with the OG's in it. CANADA bought his from me. Let me break it down:

THE TRUE OG'S UPC CODE IS: 7 26187-2029-2 0

THE 1ST RE-RELEASE, BUT STILL A BLUE DISC UPC CODE IS: 7 26187-20302 6

THE TRUE OG'S IS 10 DIGITS EARLIER THAN THE OTHER. WHAT DO I MEAN BY THAT? IT'S 20292 VS. 20302.

THE ONE THAT CANADA GOT OFF OF ME, IS THE TRUE OG. EVERYTHING AFTER THAT IS A RE-RELEASE, EVEN IF IT'S A BLUE DISC. HINCE THE REASON WHY THE OTHER BLUE DISC LOOKS DARKER THAN THE TRUE OG. EVEN THE BACK ARTWORK IS DIFFERENT. THIS INCLUDES THE BARCODE, FONT SIZE, COLOR AND SCRIPT.
