The story I have heard which seems ALOT more believable, is that Scott Storch in fact produced that beat. And for those that don't know, Storch has ghost produced ALOT for Dr. Dre b4...

It is a metaphor, he is saying Dr. Dre did it because he is a "Dre" and he is saying that he is a "Dr. of PRODUCTION". No imagination people. Soak Game!

And they can't play that part on the radio because of Law Suits because he although is referring to himself in a Metaphor is using a "trademarked" name, i.e "Dr. Dre".
