What it do, Trajik?

I'm doing the all fruit and vegetables all day, with one meal at dinner.
Absolutely no soda or beer(well, no soda for me. I needs my cerveza)
Cardio is the best way, Youll lose all your water weight first I believe. I have to ride my bike, because being the smoker I am, I'll pass out trying to run.
No fast food.

The most important step, is to stick with it.

Also there is a body cleanser, that gets rid of all that old buildup of shit in your intestines. I thing like 10 lbs worth!!!

well if you all are weighing in at once on the final day, go find a sauna, throw on a couple sweatshirts and sweatpants and chill in there for an a half hour er hourright, guarantee drop a fuck load of water weight.

Forreal ? i never heard of that one before. Isnt that you just gain the weight twice as fast when you start eating 'normal' again ? Never heard of people gaining weight after starving themselfs..

I know alot of girls that do that shit they just starve theyself 2 weeks before some kinda event or something and they loose hella weight but it all comes back hella fast when they start eating normal again.

All good man, I been here n there a bit

.... I go to Milpitas Health n Fitness... but we have a sister gym in gilroy, off leavsley rd... the passes are good for both places, & the one near you has a pool. swimming is some of the best cardio you can get.
no shit??? i go there for kickboxing, actually imma start going again today.. I was out for a few weeks due to a deeply bruised rib

and trajik... lift moderate weights... and do cardio, don't go all out right away cuz ur gonna kill urself... eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hrs... not garbage but shit like whole grain breads, brown rice, whole wheat pasta... chicken, fish, lean cuts of meat.. veggies fruits, etc... and take some kind of protein supplement... muscle milk is good ... u can split it up do ur weights in the morning, then cardio at night or vice versa.. pm me if u need more info i dropped roughly 70lbs so i kinda know what im talkin bout

I'm sorry but muscle milk is terrible for weight lose. its good if ur trying to bulk. but for cutting or dieting, thats terrible. don't believe the hype behind it. I do agree with protein drinks, such as ON whey, but not muscle milk.

now i use muscle milk, i should have been more clear, once he gets where he wants to then he can implement muscle milk into his diet if needed... but he will definitely have to use some kind of whey protein supplement... to get the added protein and for muscle synthesis
