I've lost 25 pounds since mid march (2 months now) by taking in about 1,000-1,500 cals a day and rarely exercising. Hardest part is getting used to the diet. I need to run more though.

Thats only about 2000 calories, which will make just about anyone under 200lbs or so lose weight if they keep it up. Add in exercise, and anyone under 180 could lose by staying around 2K.


What matters is EATING GOOD and EATING OFTEN......not necessarily just EATING LESS.

I lost 65 lbs a couple years ago and have managed to keep it all off. I was at 280 when I started my diet and in 2-4 months I was down to 215. I usually keep my weight around 212 to 220. I gain then I loose all the time. My diet was along the lines of the LA weight loss plan. I just reduced my fat and calorie intake. I only ate salads with fat free dressing or grilled chicken breasts for 4 months straight. And I walked and rode my bike at leats once a day.

That's about what I eat.
Total for breakfast ~250 cals
Sandwich for lunch ~ 350 cals
Chicken breast and side for dinner ~ 400 cals
Snacks are fruit, 100 calorie snack packs, and cheese popcorn (only 115 cals a bag)
Sometimes I'll eat a salad, or a chicken taco salad from taco time. I'm not too big on veggies. I also usually take a tablespoon of flax seed oil, it has a lot of good things in it.

i run about 4 miles 4 times a week but i eat what i want. I guess i gotta diet.
i work my chest out 2wice a week and my biceps once a week. i started doin machina 2day wit my boy 2 see what happens.........
