a player can stop another player from scoring or just foul another person by putting their arms around a player or holding them or their arms. look at the fouls committed on Shaq when he didn't have the ball for the Suns vs Spurs games. what were they blocking? nothing. was that a flagrant foul? no.

well he hasnt played all season so he still might be a lil shaky, and yeah the refs are calling bitch ass shit which is why i feel if u gonna foul give them a foul they'll remember next time they try to drive on ur squad. not pushing them in mid air but letting them know ur gonna be there for the defense and make it sting a lil. thats how it used to be but now these players dont want to fuck up there manicure's and the nba's are gonna make sure they dont even get touched or else the bird will chirp. fucking stupidity specially in the playoffs to be calling the games like they have been, the suns/spurs game was actually not bad for ref calling tonight but all 4 of the celts one's have been terrible and the wizards/cavs series as well. NFL is starting to become a problem as well.

mane like I said before the 90's was dope and the rules was perfect for basketball no zones and having hand check was he shit I feel like the nba itself fuck up the game of basketball when they changes the rules for shaq.

Dominant centers always changed the rules of the game. Goaltending was created cuz of Wilt. No dunking was allowed in college cuz of Lew (Kareem). No hand checking cuz of Shaq. Imajine if Jordan or Bird played with no hand checking? They'd probably avg 40 pts a game.
