^^It's been on Worldstar for two days now. Wayne & Kanye won't respond. Kanye doesn't do beef/battle rap, and if 50 Cent couldn't bait Wayne into beef, Locksmith can't. Not saying that 50 is a better lyricist, just that Wayne won't beef wit an unknown like Lock.

lock got stupid spits!

side question: how many of you rolled around bumping canibus in the late 90's? i didnt.
What up Dutch...I must say real shit I was one of the people bumpin Canibus in my cd player plus not only did Biss go platinum, the nigga did it with a shitty album. Canibus had the wrong kind of production behind him, but that's a whole other story. The fact is Dutch, mothafucka's ain't just slappin shit in their cars these days. Everybody from hood niggas, to backpackers, to chicks and people in the burbs are on there iPods or listening to music stright into their cellphones...times have changed. I'm out here in Berlin, Germany right now setting up shit and real shit they love Lock's shit. I'ma be out here for damn near a month networking in Europe, giving out promo Frontline matterial and promoting Lock's new album and in the week that I have been out here the feedback has been great and from what I hear the feedback on Lock's video has been all positive.
I know for a fact that Lock's album is the best project that we as a team have worked on hands down. The concepts are original, the production is fire, lyrics are always on point and the singles are in pocket. There is a need for risk taking for the sake of the craft of people stepping their pen game up...Lock is trying to do that and god willing the people will get on the train and force the rappers to try and follow.

Peace&Respect

This video is proof that Locksmith remains a lyrically competitive rapper with his bulletproof lyrical attack style. This guys is a real powerhouse for the bay area music scene, his style is punchy and quick. I'd like to see a Locksmith and Moeses Soulright track as there style would compliment each other nice over a track.

The video direction is clean, the scene cuts are sharp and on point, a relatively basic video done well and gets the point across. Each line of Locksmith's rap just has you saying "damn"..The guys pen game is off the page...there is no denying it.

I think Locksmith deserves the success that some of these wack cats are getting out there promoting bullshit gimmicks and fairy tales
