there is no doubt that dre is a LEGEND and that his first 2 albums are classics. 2 of my favorite albums of all time. But just cuz I love them don't mean I love this new shit. I cannot get into the beats at all, they don't flow and have no rhythm. Shit sounds amatuerish. Not to mention nicky is on some other shit now. I just ain't diggin it at all...............

I'm 27 and I've been through enough shit and heard enough of that same ole "Slang drugs, nigga/ thug nigga/got no love, nigga/smokin bud, nigga" type of repetitive as fuck played out "hood" shit to last me 20 lifetimes. I still listen to it, but unlike my young days I don't close my ears off to something different than that.

The man went barbecued instead of mildewed, which is where all these fools heads are at. Niggas keep saying he needs to go back to Dre Dog, but that is the stupidest shit I have ever heard. Cats still stuck on that shit are not growing as individuals like Dre has and like most adults do.
