he also said sacramento and macramento. had to get all the nicknames in there, shit people call san jose "man jose," and i think that shit is funny. la is smell-a to so many people cuz of the smog. the wackramento comment isn't something to get worked up about imo. some cities just have certain stigmas to them. he didn't say fuck sacramento. but that's how sacramento is viewed around the rest of cali, as a boring place. there is more to cities than urban neighborhoods and clicks.

it's easy for me to say though cuz i'm not from sac. i'm sure if some rapper not from frisco went to frisco and said "we in the gay area" there'd surely be people offended. so i guess it just depends on how much weight you put the word "wack. "

Like the other fool said this ain't about no street shit, its about the rivalry between the Bay and Sac... its a lil like the rivalry between Oakland and Frisco. I guarantee you hella frisco folks had those birds pointed eastbound after the A's fucked up the Giants in 89, but that doesn't mean that they actually hate Oakland. Bay Area folks are always clowning on Sac, the Central Valley, LA, etc... Sac is respected as far as the streets go but the city itself gets clowned on all the time for smelling like cow shit/being the boonies/being boring as fuck/etc (all stereotypes). If Philthy Rich was actually on some "fuck Sacramento" shit, it wouldn't have been in passing like that, he would have actually said "fuck Sacramento".
