just because he let a house go doesnt mean hes broke. trump filed bankruptcy before.
true

a lot of people just can't sell their homes now so they stop paying the mortgage and let the house go into foreclosure

my friend's parents did that and they aren't broke... then just moved into a house that's twice as big as the old one

Uh, if my math is correct he only lost some over $80k on on the house.

Bought at $405k, owes $320k, so he didn't want to pay the rest off and now he's at rock bottom? Wow...So what if he lost a house, it doesn't mean he's homeless. You really think a multi-millionaire is going to live in a 400k house after buying it 14 years ago? Dude has a fat house, he was on MTV cribs and I doubt that crib was in Milwaukee.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spinner_(wheel)

Introduction to market
American Tru Spinners originally introduced free-spinning wheel enhancers in 1994 by appearing on select custom cars and hot rods for car shows. Davin Wheels later introduced a version at the Los Angeles Auto Show. When Davin Wheels was unable to obtain a booth at the Auto Show, they were invited to join another vendor at the show, NBA star Latrell Sprewell's Sprewell Racing. Coincidentally, Sprewell is a Milwaukee native. For this reason, spinners are sometimes also called "Sprewells".
American Tru Spinners original patent (U.S. Patent 5,290,094 issued March 1, 1994 / Foreign 187,015 Oct. 27, 1997) for free-spinning wheel enhancing.
Davin Wheels holds the patent (U.S. Patent 6,554,370 issued April 29,2003) for the spinning technology, called the continuous motion wheel.

Example:

It's lunchtime on Tuesday, I'm in the hole on my checking account. I don't get paid till Friday and all I have to eat till then is 1 1/2 bags of sunflower seeds, 1/2 box of cherios (no milk), 2 bottles of MGD, 1 40 of OE that has been sitting out without the cap for the last 6 days. It's gonna be rough till Friday morning, but when it comes I'm smashing to Dennys and getting a SOLID fucking breakfast.
Instead of the beer you should have bought some juice or milk for yourself.....Instead of going denny's go to the grocery store and cook your own shit, you will save money...Hang in there, friday will be here in no time...
