Ap, Micheal Turner, Gore, and Chris Johnson are the top 4 RBs right now in my eyes you can argue the 5th guy to round out the top five all day but I think those are the top four as of now.

The difference between Gore and the other top RBs in the league is Gore's offensive line sucks dick. Everyone else that is considered a top back has a much better offensive line than Frank Gore does.

He's a top 5 RB even with a shitty line.

The only RB to have more yards from scrimmage than Frank Gore since 2006 has been LaDainian Tomlinson and Gore will likely pass him this season. This is not based off of one good performance. Gore has been doin it.

last time gore had a fully healthy season he got 1,800+ yards of rushing. How many of t hose top 5 backs got a 1,800 season? not to mention the receiving yards he picks up.

and yeah he played the seahawks but what about steven jackson the week before when he played the seahawks. he didnt get 206 yards and 12.6 yards per carry.

I have Frank Gore right under Adrian Peterson as the league's best back. I can't think of another running back that's better than Gore other than Peterson. That performance against the Seahawks is what did it. Seattle was coming off of a shut out so their D is good.

Not to mention a lot of people, when hating on Gore, try to say Steven Jackson is a better RB. If that were the case, why did the Rams get shut out by that Seattle defense?

People like to look at Gore's stats the last two years and dismiss him. He's been doin shit. He is a real threat in the passing game, he's one of the best blocking RBs in the league, if not THE best. Anyone trying to disagree with that needs to watch the man play. Not only does he pick up blitzers, he puts them on their asses. Also, when looking at his numbers, you have to take into account the fact that his line is fuckin terrible and he was dealing with 2 offensive coordinators that had no idea how to use him and his strengths. Jim Hostler doesn't know anything about anything and Mike Martz is too pass-happy for Gore to have big numbers in the running game in Martz' offense. Still, Gore has been the most productive back in the NFL since 2006 in terms of yards from scrimmage aside from LT.

Gore is a fuckin monster.

Stephen Jackson is over rated i think.

LT is done. He was dope back then but not shit now. SD is rivers team now.

1=AP 2=a healthy frank gore 3=a tie? Forte/Deangelo/turner/johnson.

U put gore on a team like the pats that has a dope passing game, and protection waaaaatch OUT. He would SHIT on anyone. AP atleast has one of the best lines in the NFL. Like ironcunt says, team put 8 to 9 people in the box wit gore to stop him.

I fuckin hate the 9ers but u can't hate on gore and his talent.

You said he was top 5 a few years ago and I disagreed, not anymore though. I got him ranked right under Peterson as the league's best running back.

Gore has 3 straight seasons with 1000+ yards, If Gore had Minnys OL, he would lead the league in rushing every year, hes always playing under a makeshift line, our OL sucks, but gore makes it happen, he can do it all, hes a complete back

Recieving Gore > AP
Blocking Gore > AP
Rushing AP > Gore

Neither is a 3rd down back, Gore is a more complete back, AP is more of a rusher
