The front of the booklet was signed. Mine also came w/ a strange music logo....I got it on July 1st

It comes in a very small cardboard covering roughly twice the size of the actual cd cae.

No...they opened it so he can sign the inside book...but it looks like they had him sign then but the book in b/c theres no creases in the book or anything. I had to struggle to take it out for Kaliko to sign my copy yesterday.
