So today I woke up and Brushed my Teeth, Took a Shower, and washed my ass. I get Dressed and Eat Somthin and Drink Cofee. Great Day Just like any other.Kickin it, Doin what I do. Soooo, Right when i Hit the On Switch on my Computer, theres a Knock on my Door......Hey! It's the Landlord! I wonder what she could want? THE BITCH GAVE ME A CROOKED ASS SMILE AND SAID "2 MONTHS NO MORE NO LESS I WANT YOU OUTTA HERE"! So I asked "WHY"? She said that Her Sister, (another Tenant) Saw me making a Drug Transaction with a Black Guy Yesterday! FUCK THAT! That was my Potna TRELL MIX came to get some Bread for some CD's i bought from him!! She said "We Been watching you for quite sometime, Goin in and Out". So I'm sittin their Trippen Like WTF?I gotta stay in my fuckin House now or else that means i'm a DRUG DEALER? Thats fuckin stupid. What the fuck is this world coming to? I dont sell Dope or Weed. Nor do I smoke Weed or Do Drugs whatsoever. So ya boy is Stuck shit outta Luck. I gotta be outta Here by DEC-19-05....

Hey man.... what kind of notice did she give you? I'm not sure of the laws where you're at but in Oregon if a landlord gives you a written notice it is either a "with cause" or "no cause" notice. You should check into that because if she gave you a "no cause" but she told you the reason then she has screwed herself. If she gave a "with cause" and doesn't have any proof, you could more than likely fight that. I dunno if you want to deal with a landlord like that anymore but check out your options.

I hate this City (Manteca,Ca). Its racist as fuck. I'm movin to Modesto or SAC. And best believe i'm gonna Know exactly why this was enforced. It's bullshit if you ask me. The people here at this APT complex are fuckin Stupid. Its a Bunch of OLD FARTS and Just me and some Fine ass Mexican chick that lives upstairs. FUCK MANTECA!

Also check up on the security deposit laws. In Oregon if the landlord doesn't provide proof that your deposit or an accounting of your deposit was mailed within 31 days after the keys were turned in then you are entitled to all of your deposit back plus two times that amount. If they spend any of your deposit they have to provide the accounting of what was spent and what is was spent on.

I'm tellin' you, check your local tenant laws as you may be entitled to something.

Thanks for the Info. But the ORIGINAL landlord RAY just passed away like a MONTH almost 2 Months ago. Now we got these Punk ass Golden Girls Running the Show.

^^^^^ It doesn't matter who's runnin' the show, as long as you have a written rental agreement; that is a binding contract. They have to abide by it as much as you do, I'm just tryin' to help you out. Just stay levelheaded about this and you may be able to get back at these "golden girls" legally. I can't stress enough for you to look into your countys tenant laws.

"Equal Housing Department". On top of that, if they saw you making a drug transaction... the cops would be involved. Since the cops aren't involved, the ball is in your court...lightweight. I'd make sure I got all my deposit back, move out, and do it B.I from there. A couple weeks later... cocktail that muthafucka for everybody's rent. And sell some CD's to the firemen when they get there.

Thanks fellas for the Advice...But I'ma Get on some Grimy Go Getter shit and stay here and there for a minute. I got a few folks and 2 bitches i can Move in and out with. I most likely will settle in MODESTO though cause i got alot of People out there and My 5 year old son is out there with his Mom.
