looks like i finally bit the bullet.....dude says my windown tint is too dark.......says he smells booze....blew a .15 and i fucked up bad on the alphabet test cuz i was toasted...spent 6 hours in jail finally to be bailed out and charged with possession of a controlled substance and DUI. just got out of jail and smoking a fat fucking bowl of juicy fruit.........fuck this life.

I am sincerely sorry to hear about this. Hopefully you will take the opportunity to take a step back and re-evaluate your life.
Just remember, when you're in the classes and meetings...LISTEN, even if you don't actively participate. The people in there will not be paid actors--they're the real thing.
And make sure you tell the counselors "EAT A DICK!" when they start talking about that "your recovery" and "your addiction" shit. I fucking hated that.

weed isn't classified as a controlled substance. It's just possession of marijuana which is a misdameanor where as a controlled substance charge is a felony.
You can probably get out of the weed charge by taking a drug diversion (court ordered classes) and then have it cleaned from your record after a couple of years. Be sure to get a decent lawyer.

well it wasnt very much to do it and i dont really enjoy sitting around in a fucking concrete block from 2am-1pm the next day.....i wanted to sleep and smoke a fuckin bowl....why wouldnt you get out? i must be a pussy though cuz i didnt enjoy my stay and wish to stay longer though huh? i shoulda went gangsta and started slappin pigs in the face..
