Her moms just signed over custody! I went down to family court to set a hearing to fight for custody, explained the lil details to the facilitator chick who helps with the paper work. She was like , if things were the way I say they were, and about how the mothers attitude is...don't set a hearing date...just take these papers and see if she signs them willingly. So I'm thinkin...it aint gone be that easy. Turns out...I was wrong! Being a father is a good thing. I just don't understand how some fathers (and mothers) can't and won't take care of what they created. It's the best feeling in the world!

That's good shit homie. I know that family court shit way too well. I fought 4 two years just 2 get my kid 45% of the time. The laws are stacked against u if your a man but u got 2 do some manipulating of your own if you trying 2 keep yo $ & get your kid. Itz tough by definitly not impossible. Congrats 2 the thred starter cuz I know what kind of shit u gotta go through az a man when dealin with these courts all in your business trying 2 wash u. Do what cha do playboy.
after we split in 98...she went buck wild and had like 4 more kids. So she's got her hands full...amongst other drama...that don't even involve me. Great timing I guess. It's not like I took advantage of the situation either...she been like this for years. We got our drama out the way the first year or two. I hate drama. I'm the type that likes to resolve shit...or move on.
i could understand why some dudes dont take care of their kids, its prolly cuz the baby momma was a whore, she wanted to keep the baby, he didnt, she took him for all his bread and he hates her and wants nothing to do with her. i think it has to do more with the baby momma than the kid. the man cant get attached to the kid if hes not arround him all the time.
