i had sbc yahoo dsl, i just now got comcast cable..this shit is alot faster then sbc! when dude was here he said i will have a constant speed.. so if alott of people have comcast in my neighbor hood that wont effect my speeds...


i know some poeple with cable said if alott of people have it around you, it will make your speeds slower... im not sure if thats true..

Cable man told me the same thing that my speed was gona stay the same and wont be affected, it was all good for a couple days, but then after a lil the speed would be lacking some days, and good the others,.

Some computer tech guy told me this used to be true in the early days of cable internet, but its not so much a factor these days.

Damn what Hi-speed internet has done to me. WHen I was on 56k dial-up I wasn't on the net much just checked my email and visited the siccness once in a while. Now that I've gotten DSL for the past 8 months, I've been on the net on the damn daily for long periods of time. It's addicting when you have hi-speed. I spend more time on the net than I do doing homework! It's fuckin me up, but I ain't ever going back to dial-up fuck a AOL.
