having the same rb's as last season with out no addition to that position certainly isn't an upgrade. jones and duckett could bring something to this team that wasn't there last season. but like u said, we'll see what happens.

well we've done better in the playoffs than the cowgirls the last two years havent we? i dont know if its an upgrade but i do remember julius torching the hawks for 3td's and a shitload of yards on monday night football if i remember correctly. id rather have a running back by commitee than shaun getting the majority of the carries. they upgraded at left guard and id imagine the signing of all these RB's means that a TE is going to be drafter in the first round this year. who knows maybe a RB still if there is j stewart or mendenhall available still. so the writing is now on the wall,

heres a "Rest in Piss" to Shaun "Pussyfoot" Alexander. soon to be released after saying the organization would never restructure his deal or release him. maybe him and casey treat can pray someone else gives him a contract though i dont see anyone wanting a 31 yr old RB thats scared to take hits and has been injury prone but who knows

I like this movie. I don't care what anyone else says, I think Jones/Duckett can do good for the time being. I still think they need to draft another RB and this year's draft is loaded with RB's.

Neither are the answer to solve the running problems we've had for the last two years, but I'm confident that the running game will be better than it has for the last two seasons and hopefully whoever they draft can develop into that person.

Personally I've always liked the Jones brothers. Been a big fan of Thomas Jones since he came to chicago (now on the jets) and both of them seem like stand up guys.

ya i heard him on KJR a few weeks ago and he was talkin like he was god's gift to seattle and is the best back in the nfl. imo if he was smart he woulda been begging to restructure his deal with us at the end of last season, instead he acted like an arrogant pompous asshole and this is what he deserves to get.

so you go to casey treats church then or what?

also, i like the addition of wahle. well from what ive seen he's an upgrade at left guard for sure. i just think our running game will be better than it has been for the last two years. however, the move to not resign josh brown just because of a measly 500k in guarantees? wtf? does paul allen still own this team? did he loose his wallet? and josh brown said he left cuz it was about winning. haha have fun winning in st louis

We now have 4 RB's (5 if you count Weaver).....and Alexander wont go anywhere, as cutting him only saived $125,000 in ca room. So does that mean MoMo is gone? Thats fucked off, as i feel he is the best runner out of the 5.

Im all for Ruskell's decisions, as a high percentage of them have paid off well (see Hasselback and Tatupu), but i dont know what he was thinking this time around. Desperation? Panic?

I mean, its not like there is a draft where NFL teams can choose players from coll...oh wait, there is one of those things!!!!

*shrugs*

Yall should see what is going on over on the ESPN boards.

Seattle fans are rejoicing....the same fans that have been bashing SA for 2 years and calling him a pussy.

Then Cowboy fans came in and started bashing JJ the same way the Hawks fans have been bashing SA...and no one even flinched, as if to ignore their warnings.

Its almost as if the hatred for SA has blinded the idiots so badly, that they will take ANYONE oever SA.

Many Hawks fans are pathetic, and it radiates on those boards.

nah I don't go to any church, but my girlfriend lives in some government housing apartments and there is a church right next to it and the pastor is good friends with alexander, so every christmas or whatever some of the seahawks come by and have a lil event, signing autographs and givin away free shit. Last christmas all the seahawks were hella cool, except alexander. He talks down to everybody and preaches, sayin we need to stop sinning and all this bullshit. In other words he's basically sayin the reason they all poor is because they haven't truly found god and are too busy sinning. Anyways, after he was done preaching, some lil girl walked up to him with his jersey when he was just sitting down, not doing anything and asked him to sign it, he just looked at her, gave her a funny glare, then turned his head and entire body in a different direction! fuckin asshole, that's why he was there in the first place but he was on his high horse.

^^U think this is the answer? lol I still wouldnt get my hopes up but hey maybe a change of scenery is what he needs!! He definitely wasnt doin it for us!! Got Em!!
Maybe, maybe not, we'll see, but I hate when my teams don't even attempt to address their problems. Duckett is definitely an upgrade considering we can't even get 1 yard 80% of the time. Did you see how many failed 3rd and 4th down conversions where we only needed 1-2 yards?! It was fucking ridiculous.
