when will these ass holes learn?

the only thing good for jevon is that the law in tennessee is a lil different then in california.....you dont get an automatic dui if you dont take the test....

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Titans defensive end Jevon Kearse has been arrested for DUI.

Metro Nashville police said Kearse was seen speeding and swerving several times while travelling west on West End Avenue.

The officer who pulled the Titans over said Kearse exhibited slurred speach, red eyes, and smelled of alcohol. He reportedly refused a breath test.

The officer said Kearse stated that he only had one vodka and a red bull.

Kearse was booked Sunday morning.

The Titans drafted Kearse as the 16th pick in the 1999 NFL draft. Kearse played five seasons with the Tennessee before signing with the Philadelphia Eagles.

In March 2008, Kearse returned to the Titans as a free agent. He signed a two-year deal worth $6 million.

The 6-foot-4, 265-pound defender, who earned the nickname "The Freak" during his playing days at the University of Florida, has played in 111 career games.

His statistics include 444 tackles, 69.5 sacks, one interception and 29 forced fumbles, according to the Titans.

Officials said the incident was Kearse's first offense

i dont know the exact law but i was on the titans message board and thats what they were saying...

that you can get pretty much a ticket for violating "the auto consent law".......they also said that he CAN get a dui with good police testiamony in his court case.......

so hes booked on DUI but has a good chance of getting off of it because of there laws is what i gathered from postings on that message board

and leave there fancy spots car in a public parking lot? i would take my chances as well. it's just a dui. i have plenty of these under my belt.
Thats why u have a limo driver to the club and home! In California DUI laws are tough, each one stays on the record for 10 years. 1st offense suspended license for a year + big fine + 3 months DUI school. 2nd offense suspended for a year or more + bigger fine + 1.5 years of DUI school. 3rd offense youre basically fucked.
