Felix Trinidad has signed his death certificate along with a fight with 'El Matador' Ricardo Mayorga yesterday!

Heres the news from insidefighting.com:

Felix 'Tito' Trinidad's comeback is now official. Yesterday, he signed to fight Ricardo 'El Matador' Mayorga on October 2nd in a middleweight bout (site TBD). Mayorga will be moving up 2 weight classes from his title days.

Tito is great dont get me wrong... but Mayorga's the killer, I think he's gonna rip ol boy apart in the ring but it should be a good fight.

trinidad's a dumfuck. comin back to fight mayorga. werent they gonna give him 10+ mil to fight De La Hoya?? And He turned that down. at least against De La Hoya he would have stood a chance

i dont knoe if corey spinks could hang wit him, i think tito will give him a run for his money...can't wait for this shit though...should be a good fight...if mayorga is anything more than a 2 to 1 dog, i got my money on em

oh shit this should be a good one. at least if tito aint too rusty off comin back. he shoulda fought delaHOya first tho, got the cheese and the fight under his belt then went and fought mayorga. but tito is getting 10million and 60% of PPV

one things for sure about that fight though,its going to end in a knockout,cause they both throw blows....if i was tito i wouldnt fuck with Ricardo though,he is a sav,doesnt care about anything,smoking cigarettes and getting in bar fights to get ready for his fights,that shits crazy,haha

Damn I guess I'm the only that thinks Trinidad will beat Mayorga huh? Mayorga needs to stop drinking and smoking what the hell is this foo thinking. He didn't look too good against spinks.

He was going to get 15 mill at the very least....


This is candidate for fight of the year.
I'm picking Mayorga, assuming that Tito's gonna come in a little slower and not as sharp.
Both can punch, but only Mayorga has the chin.
Tito has the speed but I don't think it will be a factor since he's been gone so long.

Either way, this one's gonna end by knock out....


By the way, I thought Mayorga beat the track star Spinks....
