i think its not hating but negativity...everyone has an opinion....everyones opinions clash all the time on here thats a given and we cant stop that...but that doesnt mean that a lot of you self righteous "bay rap fans" dont be sounding bitter as fuck....
you can tell some people really come online to escape reality and play a role they dont do in life...others are just BRUTALLY honest at all times, love them or hate them...and others are just negative as fuck seeming hella angry about shit that shouldnt upset them like that...could be you...lol

Your angery point is valid, but I wonder if YOUR artist wern't being hated on would you be on here telling everyone to stop the madness? People in the Bay are haters. This site is meant to hate on anything moving...so Why are you taking this so serious? Just hit the streets or MAKE SOMETHING THAT WAKES THE GAME UP! Do something that will make people think for a second.
I don't think just because somebody recorded a song and put it on the internet, it does not make them a rapper, or worthy of being respected. Respectability for an artist comes from putting out respectable work. If anybody is world premiering their work on sicceness, they are asking for trouble. I could see if people were saying "come listen to my song, my whole hood and the hood that hate us is knockin it too!" Nope, "its why you knockin my hustle?" Cause, you puttin out music you expecting me to buy, you trying to hustle me.

the reason why the bay gets hated so much on a national level is because the music our region pushed out while we had the spotlight....it was all about the ignorant shit(goin dumb,ghost ridin da whip,stunnaz this stunnaz dat,shakin dreads), i mean its coo and all its party music, but all party music fads die out....(snap music,crankin,chicken noodle soup,krumpin) all that type of shit is for the moment, the reason why our movement died is because thats all we put out, i think one song was coo about the movment(Tell me when to go) but when you only push out one side of the bay area(hyphy/goin dumb), we put that shit on too thick. does anyone remember the hype on hyphy special on tv? every 5 minutes you see someone whippin a donut or someone just in da middle of the street shakin dreads? I THOUGHT THE BAY AREA WAS THE INDEPENDENT HUSTLE CAPITAL OF THE COUNTRY? not some ignorant ass muthafuckas dancin n whippin donuts every 5 minutes? the problem with the bay area is that everyone got too much pride in what the fuck we believe in. regionally, we aint strong or respected enough to fight amongst each other because our window is smaller than anyone elses. the only way the east coast will hear a buzz is through visuals(mtv,bet) or radio play. tryin to do it all through an underground buzz will NEVER cut it for us...why do you think artists are finally breakin bread to make VISUALS for major media outlets(SF ANTHEM,ALL OVER ME)....we had our chance to push a full movement in 05/06 but we were too ignorant to see what we were puttin out....(18 dummy,ghost ride it,U C IT,Superhyphy,etc).hip hop/rap fans wanna hear real shit 8/10 out of the time..that other 2/10 is the time ur wit a bitch or goin to the club...n the type of music we was pushin nationally was that 2/10 shit....so our movement got played fast because we kept tryna put the swag on too thick..and ppl get sick of dat...right now the bay is in a recovery era.....we strugglin to put out quality shit...i was proud to see the bay had a quality video in the SF ANTHEM but even then, that shit barely gets plays on MTV JAMS....
