I'd give the movie a overall positive rating. I'm not big on spoof movies but I found it funny more or less all the way through and some parts were just fucking hilarious. Apatow Productions is on a role.

Superbad
Walk Hard

That's a lot of funny movies from one company in a three year span. Tallaedega prob being my least favorite and Superbad prob my favorite of them all.

Plus they have four movies lined up for 2008.

I'd personally say 2nd worst, I didn't care for Talladega Nights much. But both were funnier then a lot of comedies out there these days.
