I think the most ironic thing going on IS the boycott day. Don't get me wrong, I commute 80 miles per day, and gas is killing me, but think of this :
You have a gas "boycott" day, and fill up the day before, therefore, purchasing more gas or purchasing gas earlier than normal, with a minimul change to the indiustry, if any. The only way to REALLY boycott gas, is to go electric, or of course, public - on the yellow bus. Even carpooling helps, but I don't like relying on the next person to get to work on time, or not being available for OT because you share a schedule......imo of course.
