i guess it depends on who you are and what you care about and who runs your life....cuz some of yall dont really run your lives....your job or a female or your parents even your kids and friends decide how you act.....hella folks have someone that they worry about impressing or getting approval from....even feeling a necessity to do so in some cases.....so they act like something other than themselves to achieve the approval and feel validated maybe......i aint with that shit.....i dont care who listening....my boss my mom.....some old lady.....ill talk how i feel......i have the ability to talk proper but im from the hood and i cant hide it so if im in the middle of a bunch a proper folks and bitch or mafucca slips out oh well....im not gonna be sad about it....gives a fucc if they are....cuz i truly dont care what others think about me especially if its negative and to put me down....language doesn't dictate my intelligence....only ignorant, arrogant people judge others by shit like that.....i let it happen....let some smartass think im stupid cuz of how im talking....but what they dont know is i more than likely have a higher IQ than they do....i probably know a lot more shit then they do about a large number of subjects and at the same time know about a whole lotta shit they'll never know plus i gotta ghetto pass and can go places they cant but i can still go to all the same places they can as long as i act fake and pretend to be one of them.....which is not really a preference of mine which is why i tend to not keep jobs and live in the places i live cuz im more comfortable around hood folks who keep it real and where i can be me....fucc that fake shit.....

1st off id have a good conversation about what the job entails and find out how much experience the person has regardless of how they talk....they might not be the smartest or most proper but they might be able to get the job done better.....

i know some special ed autistic foos who cant speak right but can serve a bagel and cup a coffee better than the smart mafucca that schemes on how to not work and get by on doing as lil as possible......shit ive been guilty of this every good job ive had.....ive lied my ass off on resumes and talked my way into jobs i probably didnt qualify for but i was smart enough to learn the job and once i did i learned how to get away with everything i could at that job to maximize my profits and minimize the labor i have to do.....every former employer of mine could tell you "he was a great employee, he was good at his job...at 1st.....then we dont know what happened"....lol....ive never left on a good note.....cuz its just not me.....

i agree. for the most part...you will never see the person you offended again. but in some cases..it can bite you in the ass. that party you were at...where you let that "bitch" or "muthafucka" slip, could have been heard by a potential employer. you just got to know when to be tactful and play the game to your advantage
