INMORTAL TECHNIQUE

^^^yeah been waiting on that for too long.
about that white ppl generalization, i dont agree with it all - white ppl are the majority in any socially conscious underground hiphop show. as a matter of fact, i know a couple of white guys who mostly listen to metal and shit, but love technique. but the funny thing is, i got all my friends up on immortal technique, except for my two white friends. one of them doesnt really like rap (except the two rappers hell listen to are del and andre nickatina) and he said after hearing the song "dominant species" he hates technique. the other one is a huge underground hiphop junkie, but he likes guys like atmosphere, aesop rock and sage francis, and he says im technique is too simple and isnt really metaphorical, just gives a bunch of facts. and they both hate that he uses the word nigga, cause they dont think being half black is enough to allow it. i personally think technique is dope, and though i dont agree with the white ppl not liking technique generalization, i guess it is true with the ppl i know

hellyea immortal technique is dopeness..i know sum white people that loves his music..i think it only makes white people mad that aren't with this type of lifestyle...but as for da whites that are with it they are the main minority's of course...latins and blks really struggle with alot of shit tho aswell for me

Like Immortal Technique says, “In fact I probably have more in common with most working class white people than I do with rich black and latino people.” He goes on to say that the real issue in Amerika is Classim and not racism.
He has a socialist view of the problems in Amerika and people need to understand that. It’s not a white/black/brown issue, its capitalism/imperialism/etc.

how is that stupid? go to one of his shows. you arent going to see a bunch of revolutionary blacks and latinos. you will see a bunch of staright up white boys,thats just a reality,no stupidity behind it. some of his biggest fan bases are in places like finland and shit like that. last time i checked there werent too many latinos in finland. so just as stupid as you think my comment is,i think the same about somebody saying that whites are afraid of him,thats the more ridiculous statement to me. at least there are facts behind mine. the other one is just an assumption based on the content of his music and nothing else.
first shit i heard on dood was three or two years ago, my brother in law was slappin Peruvian Cocaine an i was like "Wtf?? aint that the scarface theme or sumthing??" I forget when it was but i remember hearing that Bush Knocked Down Tha Towers song an i swear i got straight chills....hes a genious imo
it doesnt matter as far as anything serious to consider, but its just observations. if you go to any underground hiphop shows (at least all the ones i ever go to) youll notice that its majority white fools, and you could almost count the amount of black ppl in the crowd. nothing good or bad, just how it is. its like saying theres mostly girls at a nsync concert and they make the majority of their fans - just the reality of the matter
of course it doesnt matter,i dont really give a shit,just putting out the other side. its like me saying "all people from ohio hate apple pie"....if you like apple pie wouldnt you feel like you have to defend yourself in a way so you dont get pushed into an assumption that isnt true and that you arent a part of. maybe you wouldnt i dont know. but i personally dont like to be judged in that way,wether its race,creed,religious background,whatever it may be.
im not over standing up for white people or saying there is something wrong with IT having all white fans is somthing bad. but when somebody makes a biased generalization i feel the need to give the other side. regardless of the issue,wether it be immortal technique's fan base or apple pie in ohio. i feel like somebody needs to teach that person,and show him the reality of the situation. all that comes of it is more understanding about something.
maybe he had no idea what white people listened to IT...now he does. mission accomplished. he can continue to think the way he wants or choose to look whichever ways he wants,at least now he has the information to make an honest assumption. there was no negativity or ill will on my part.
