don't burn your bridges

I feel you on the burning bridges prime example is some cats on here that may talk shit about you but when you got somthing crackin they your friend or they want to be aprt of what you got going on. Don't believe anything unless its in writing,don't hang around "Yes Men" they only gonna tell you what you want to hear, be a leader not a follower,Trust In God,grind don't sit on your ass

Bottom line, as an artist, you have to Do You.. (as Russell said it). Alotta A&R's can lead people to believe that they aren't fit for this shit. But if you can create your own lane and maintain control of it at all times then thats half the battle.

look around from your own front door and walk in any direction for four blocks. does everyone in that radius know that you are an artist? do the ones who aint trying to rap or be in the industry too respect what you doing? people want to be on the radio and television and don't even have their own backyard covered. even the old folks should be able to say that boy right there? he a performer. be honest with yourself, if you were appearing somewhere tomorrow would 50 people show up? and if they did, would they pay 5 dollars? be honest with your self and how much you are really putting in this.
