You might get some bomb ass papusa in Frisco, then get some nasty ass papusa in SD. Mexican food is not in any way, shape or form, different through regions, towns etc. LOL @southern cali mexican food better than nor cal mex food.

ive lived in the bay, and i visit every month.

i can honestly say its better.

if you dont agree, its an opinion on taste

and taste is subjective

no reason to argue about a mans opinion

and yes it is different throughout regions, try going to san antonio.

all mexican food aint carne..

mexican food tastes different evrywhere. not just in respective cities, in one city. if i go to eat mexican food in old town, they use different sauces and seasoning. if i eat in chula vista, its gonna be more white person mexican food, california burritos and super nachos.


5 minutes south of chula vista in TJ, completely different tasting mexican food.

i have a cousin who lives in glendale who drives 2 and a half hours to get mexican food. its that serious to him, he says that they dont make it the same in LA.

ive ate at taco trucks, mexican resteraunts, and mom and pop taco shops all across the mission when i was doing murals at precita eyes in the bay. so im just voicing my opinion while pissing off the northerners..

texas is different from arizona on mexican food, too

because if it wasnt like that, i wouldnt say that.

but taste is opinion..i hate bananas, you might love bananas.
