yeah, what can ya do about it? Like someone said, it's like that you don't want to be wearing the same clothes everyday, so.....oh well, I agree with you though. Maybe it's the fact that hip-hop always changes and always will be changing.

Triumph and Black Shampoo are my favs off that album...

Damn...Inspektah's verse on Triumph was fire ! I still remember most of the songs on that album...

I bomb atomically
Socrates philosiphies and hypothesis can't define how I be droppin these
mockaries, lyrically perform armed robbery ...

Classic hip hop shit...I even had the fatigue pants and Nike ACG boots with the fatigue pattern on 'em...and the gold 'W' Wu Tang earring...

And I've settled on the fact that this is hip hop. Always something new coming along. Whether we like it or not, that is the nature of it.

We could sit back and listen to shit like Wu Forever and comment on the state of hip hop today, but there were folks talkin bad about our shit back when it was new.

Wu Forever is a dope LP.

classic

i find that "fashion rappers" thing funny... especially since they were one of the first rappers to release their own clothing line... though, wu-wear was the illest shit to rock back in 9th grade.

Its alright if you go back and listen to it now, but I thought that shit was straight garbage when it first came out coulda dropped all the filler and made it one album. It wasnt nowhere near as grimey as 36 chambers. I remember mad people doggin that Forever cd when it dropped. The first single was the shit though cant front on that. and Its Yours was nice.

aint that the truth. one of my most dissapointing purchases ever. it was a double disc that in no way deserved to be. way too many fillers on there.

[Inspectah Deck]
I bomb atomically, Socrates' philosophies
and hypothesis can't define how I be droppin these
mockeries, lyrically perform armed robbery
Flee with the lottery, possibly they spotted me
Battle-scarred shogun, explosion when my pen hits
tremendous, ultra-violet shine blind forensics
I inspect you, through the future see millenium
Killa B's sold fifty gold sixty platinum
Shacklin the masses with drastic rap tactics
Graphic displays melt the steel like blacksmiths
Black Wu jackets queen B's ease the guns in
Rumble with patrolmen, tear gas laced the function
Heads by the score take flight incite a war
Chicks hit the floor, diehard fans demand more
Behold the bold soldier, control the globe slowly
Proceeds to blow swingin swords like Shinobi
Stomp grounds and pound footprints in solid rock
Wu got it locked, performin live on your hottest block

DAMN!...

wtf is wrong with y'all? Wu-Tang forever was trash. how could they follow up their debut & their classic ass solo albums with that nonesense. triumph was only tight because it was the first track with all the wu members since protect ya neck. the beat was plain as fuck and so was the rapping. after the novelty of a new wu album wore off, I only listened to 3 or 4 songs off that album.....that shit was hot garbage
