Get the one with the Intel CPU it is a better CPU and the only difference I saw in those two computers is that the Intel one has a bigger power supply but not by much. Check this list out for rankings of processors:

I have been using AMD processors the last like 2-3 computers I've had and had great luck. everything I read said the Intel one was faster. I guess im hesitant to go back to an intel, but from the sound of it they are on top again as far as processors go.
