Let's say you have a concealed weapon and this kat comes out from the cuts and points a gun at your forehead and tells you to give him your wallet. You do so, let's say there's $200 in there. As he runs away would you pull your heat out and light his ass up? Or would you let him get away with it? I mean you can tell him to stop or you'll shoot but he'll prolly turn around and bust at yo ass. So what would you do?

I'd either A. Blow his fuckin knees off while he's trying to run away. Or I'd B. Run up behind dude (I'm stealthy as fuck), trip him, put the gun in his mouth and watch him cry...then beat his face in with it, take my wallet back, and go about my business. Of course, in the heat of the moment you don't know what you might do. I wouldn't do that over money, but I'd do it over somebody putting a gun in my face.

Its crazy.... me and one of my homeboys were in this same situation... I dont remember if the gun was actually pointed at my boy's forehead.. but it was pointed never the less.. my homie handed over what he had in his pocket (thats what dude wanted) his pager, his money clip... and when the guy spun around and started kinda jogging off... my homeboy pulled his strap and started shootin'....

the funniest shit on the planet tho'..? the dude that had just got over on us still had the money clip in his hand-- when he heard the shots- he panicked I guess.. he never turned around, just thru the moneyclip behind him and took off..! ...lol..

it aint a felony if it's below the waist but if the situation has passed and he's LEFT the area then you are now the perpetrator in the eyes of the law. If you were a victim, and the perp leaves and you give chase then you're the one responsible now.

Also, if it's concealed and you aint got a CCW you fucked anyway.

as for me, I'm dumpin and then I'ma get the fuck outta there.
