Yeah, if they didn't promo Killer the right way, what makes you think they will with a collab album?

It would be nice though.. Tech should atleast leak a track or two soon... Im amped for Sickology, but im not really sure what to expect content-wise

Should release Midwest Choppers if he really got both Krayzie & Twista on it. That should grab some attention if he held his own.

Unless it's a promo for Midwest Choppers 2, they shouldn't even waste their time doing a video for Sickology.

Sickology is gonna be tight, but once again it's the same thing as before: instead of finding more ways to work Killer, Sick 101 gets in the way. Just like they could've done more for Everready, all of a sudden MLK shows up. It seems they're getting too complacent on selling a certain amount, and just saying "fuck it, let's go to the next record."

I don't really understand why they work the way that they work, but Word of Mouth did exceptionally well for Killer. He sold more units of it in a shorted period of time than other records, am I right?

I have the utmost faith in Britton. If he gets the go ahead to start promo early, he will handle it much better than that other guy did. You gotta keep in mind that he took over around the time that Killer was dropping, so he dove head first into a huge mess that was caused by someone else.

because they are strange music .. the music is different to everybody elses in the industry.. they dont release them like the industry does .. they flip the script, i just deal with it, its not like my life revolves around the music but i do enjoy it when it comes out and thats all that matters right?

thats funny.

that works for tech

but it doesnt work for the rest of the artist on the label. Unfortunately.....
yea.. thats truth.

2,000 units for kutts album??

nobody knows him... and its a terrible thing. kutt is dope.

i love strange music, hate the way they operate though.

like im cool with the no pay for play. im glad they keep it real as fuck, but you can still DO you, and make better business moves.

He did 1,707 first week, second week got him up to 2,658. After that, he fell off the Independent charts, so his numbers weren't reported. Just because he only sold 2,658 in the matter of two weeks, doesn't mean he hasn't sold any units since...
