if i wanted to start designing???

what programs would be the easiest for me to start out with as far as design album covers n stuff like that...

i recommend u get adobe photoshop 7.0 or higher

If you find Photoshop & Illustrator too difficult at first, Jasc Paint Shop Pro is a program that should warm you up and get you comfortable with 2D, and then you can switch back to Photoshop after you have learned the basics, but tackle Photoshop cause thats the standard right there, it doesn't get any better than that.

^^^you can actually download it, dont know if you like downloading shit or not, some people dont. you can get adobe 7.0 off of warez. if you do, make sure you get one with a serial number or a crack. the only problem is that there is no directions or anything, youre on your own trying to figure it out.
