and TRUST THIS, chick, I am HIGHLY respected on this site, and in the Bay Area in general. You are a face behind a screen who ask.coms real estate info and then talks out of your ass about it. I have been in the industry for over 12 years, and it was all I could do not to point out how ridiculous your '95 LTV Owner Occ, 80 LTV Non Owner bullshit. LTV applies directly to the LOAN side of the transaction. It has NOTHING to do with you, as a seller. What the hell does "LOAN TO VALUE" have to do with how much your house is worth, and how much you sell it for? Makes no sense whatsoever.

Maybe, just maybe you know what you are talkin about and are using the wrong terminology, but if that's the case, step your game up as a seller. Knowing what you are talking about in any business situation will take you a lot farther.
I have hella posts because I am good at my job, get my work done, and sit here for the rest of the day interacting with these yahoos on here. I don't hee hee and haha for people to like me. Whethere or not a bunch of boys on a message board like me is the furthest thing from my mind.
